Im trying to finish up my 8.8 axle swap&disc brake conversion. Whats everyone doing with the emergency brake set up? Are you using the drum type e-brake? How about a hydraulic brake lock?

5.7 V8 with Whipple Supercharger, TH350 w/B&M Shifter, NP205 TC, Dana 60 front 4.56, GM 14 bolt 10.5 rear 4.56, 4 wheel discs, Bilstein shocks, 6" lift on 37's, Autometer gauges, all led lighting and a few other things.
Check into the High Angle Driveline emergency brake kits at https://www.highangledriveline.com/products.html
They mount on driveline after transfer case. I haven't gotten around to one yet, but plan to do a hand brake on floor left of drivers seat with cable to high angle disc. I have a 14 bolt rear with discs and I've removed the cable and factory e-brake pedal. If your in 4wd, the high angle setup will lock both front and rear by stopping driveshaft rotation.
Another option the Eldorado calipers with the built in parking brake lever. Lugnut4x4 sells kits that are in the $350 range depending on optional adds like brake pads. There are also videos online if you want to fab your own and hit the salvage yard for Eldorado calipers.
