Looking for recommendations for my grand cherokee. They need to be able to hold up on ice and in heavy snow as well as in dirt and mud

Welcome! Generally a good AT tire should provide most of your needs. For example there are dedicated mud tires that will perform better in mud but perform less on the road or ice so there will be some compromises. Select tires based on how the vehicle will be primarily used.

3 inch zone lift. Fox 2.0 shocks. 35 inch nitto ridge grapplers. Bushwacker flat fenders. No name steel bumpers front and back for now.
The Goodyear Duratracs might be what you're looking for. I havent heard anything bad about them.

Live in Wisconsin and have a 1/4 mile long gravel drive that get's pretty mucky in the spring.
never did any hard off roading with them and they held up well for daily travel to work
