    Is there anything to put on a soft top rear window that will clear it up?
    It's so cloudy I cant hardly see through it.

    Welcome @MagMan ....depending on the cloudy severity some windows can't be saved. Could try some Meguiars Plast X which is good for lightly scratched or cloudy clear plastics
