Spurious Horn Beeping - 2010 Liberty Limited

    None
    Horn sounds off spontaneously when the car is off and when driving. Replaced the clock-spring and everything looked good in that area. Have read where there could be an issue with the TIPM.
    Anybody else have this issue and know what it could be?
