I was getting off the highway and ran through a large puddle.
After that my service electronic throttle control light came on.
Now if you start it, it idles all over the place. Revs up then down over an over again before it eventually stalls out and shuts it's self off.

Update: replaced throttle body. Did not help

could very well be an issue with a wheel speed sensor which makes more sense considering the Puddle issue. That whole system is related and typically any issue with Wheel Speed, ABS, etc will cause a Throttle Issue. Do you have any codes?
