Tires

Looking to buy some new tires for my 2015 JK. I currently have BFG mudders on my jeep.
They are so loud, I cant roll my windows down when riding. I don't go off road anymore. (years ago I was into it) This is a daily driver and I'm looking for some AT type tires that do good all around, rain, NOISE, and what little snow we have. (Knoxville Tn). My jeep has been lifted a couple of inches or so. It was lifted when I bought it. I currently have 285/75/16's on it and thinking about going up one size to a 295/75/16. I think I have plenty of clearance and also have 8" wide rims which I think will be ok. Could somebody please give some advice on purchasing tires to match my needs? I have been looking at the Nitto Tera Grappler G2, Cooper AT3 XLT AND THE Toyo Open Country AT. Could use some help if anybody has any experience with these tires. Like I said, noise, and rain is my 2 biggest needs.

I would recommend you take a look at the Falken Wildpeak AT3W, they have really good reviews for rain and snow performance.
They have the 285/75/16 but the next size up that they offer is the 305/75/16.
285 is about 33" and the 305 is 34" tall, there's only about a 1/2" difference between the 285 and 295 and the 295 and 305.
I currently run them on my XJ (265/75/16). They also run quiet down the road.

My brother has the terra grappler g2's on his tundra and seems to like them. I've got the Ridge grapplers on my jeep right now and I love them. They do awesome in any weather and off road. When the time comes I'm gonna buy a set for my tundra as well

I remember putting a rock thru my one and only set of Nitto Terra Grapplers. I think BFG has shown quite a bit of improvement over the years, that would be my advice. I agree with the road noise and switching over to ATs, I did that on my CJ.
