Trouble in Georgia

    Hey guys, new to the forum! Need some help bad, I'm convinced the YJ PCM has a 30 year timed self destruct set-up, lol. Looking at two (for friends). A 94 and 95, both 2.5l. The main thing I need confirmation on. Key ON, I should be receiving 12v, from PCM, to the ignition coil and all injectors, opposite the Dark green/orange wire. So the Grey wire at coil, white/dif colors at injectors. I'm getting 12v TO the PCM from ASD relay and the other INPUTs. No OUTPUT on those 5 different wires. Yes both Jeeps have the exact same symptoms. Getting CEL, fuel pump activation, etc

    Forgot to add, capacitors have been replaced in the 94, still has the same symptoms
