    Right turn signal is flashing quickly but light bulb still works. Should I replace bulb anyway to fix to fix the problem or is problem in the relay?

    Welcome @Harmo ! Check to make sure both front+rear bulbs are working properly before moving onto the flasher unit or relay.

    Sounds like there’s a broken fuse somewhere. I’d check all your fuses.
