The vacuum sensor on a 1994 Jeep Wrangler transfer case typically requires a 1-inch socket for removal. This size is commonly referenced in discussions among Jeep enthusiasts regarding maintenance and repairs related to the transfer case vacuum system. Additionally, it's important to ensure that the sensor is compatible with the specific transfer case model used in the vehicle
