Anyone have their vent doors cycle when the car is off? My daughter's 2012 Jeep Compass vent door cycle every 4 minutes when the vehicle is off, draining her battery. The vent doors actuators have been changed and calibrated. Any ideas? Control module? Computer?

first the basics then and then Two avenues of troubleshooting come to mind.

BASICS - jeep is STOCK nothing electrical added or modified. EXACTLY the same as when delivered except for oil.

Your skill level and access to wiring diagrams...
jeep's first thought for weird is TIPM. MY guess.
Then the HVAC module, BUT why is it powered.

ANYTHING electrical, this is my first suspect- something NOT stock, something plugged into DLC, added radio a remote start.

Let us know if you need diagrams
