Put the top on for the first time since April, worked on the full doors - again - to get the latches to work, added the name decal to the hood.

Got the fuel tank and skid back in this morning. Put new tank straps on (Spectra Fuel Tank Strap ST212 $23.70 Amazon). All new 5/16 18 stainless hardware from Ace with a little anit-sieze. Maybe nothing will twist off if I have to take it out again. Also installed T-track tie downs in the back to keep gear from bouncing and the flip-n-fold seat flipped. Changing out the ridiculously loud fuel pump (not in tank anymore), filters and check valve when the temp drops below 100.TankSkid.jpg TankSkid2.jpg TTrack.jpg

Recently acquired - haven't done much yet. Just gave it some love in the form of a wash!

New top, rebuilt transfer case, water pump and a few odds and ends. Started to clean and paint the undercarriage as well as cleaning some surface rust and painting. And added the new spare tire cover befitting of me and the jeep. Will need a new fuel tank in the spring and will upgrade the brakes.

I got 33 on mine too. They don't have that kind of tread. It's what came with it when I bought it. 15-in rims? That's what mine are.

I do a little Marine Canvas work, so I made a spare tire cover and an enclosure for behind the rear seat.
