Whining sound out of new engine

    Orange 2011 wrangler Sahara unlimited 3.8
    I just installed a brand new long block engine in my 2011 Jeep Wrangler Sahara unlimited 3.8.
    I started up for maybe 15 minutes and it started sounding like a diesel he's got a loud whining sound coming from the engine block
