I replaced the gasket on my Dana 35 differential cover. I bought one quart of 85w - 140 gear lubricant and added it but the Dana 35 cost for 1.75 quarts... Should I add the .75 quarts or am I okay right now with the one quart?

    I would add the additional.

Don't want to risk burning up bearings or gears or anything.
