I finally got my cluster panel to work. Well now I got a turn signal problem.
When I turn the jeep on with no headlights
The left blinks fast and the right doesnt work at all
When I turn the headlights on
    The dash shows it's on
When you turn the turn signal on it doesnt blink it's a steady light
The right signal still doesnt work
When you turn the 4 ways on the left blinks fast and the right still doesnt work
Before I got the cluster to finally work the turn signals worked fine but they were blinking fast

Check the easy things first, like the signal lights and the flasher relays.
