Looking to possibly add a CB to our new Willys Unlimited. Does anyone have any suggestions on running antenna wires to the inside of the cabin?

I assume you are going to mount the antenna at the rear of the vehicle? It's the most popular place....not really the best.
The front fender would be better and if you have an auto trans there should be a grommet for the clutch that you could use, you can also keep the run of coax shorter as the antenna is much closer to the radio.

Yes it is an Automatic. I never thought about the clutch hole. I am actually going to attempt something I have yet to see around my area. That is dual Firestiks on the front. I will post pictures when I get it done. My last Wrangler was in 2003. I am just starting to learn these things all over again. Thank you so much for the input.

Duals aren't a common set up on Jeeps because they aren't really needed and a Jeep isn't really conducive to running duals.
They are harder to tune for one, but to work right they need to be as close to 9' apart as they can get which isn't possible on a Jeep.
Dual antennas create an elongated signal forward and aft of the vehicle which is great if you are rolling down a long highway but is counter productive when out on the trails as you want your signal to go out in all directions and to receive in all directions.
You could only wire up one and the other just be a dummy antenna however an antenna tuned to the same frequency in close relation with an active antenna will also cause issues.
Form over function or function over form?

I have my CB mounted on the hardtop notch just above the front windshield. There is a kit that enables you to use it that way and still flip the hardtop locks on it. I ran the cb cable along the roll bar to the linear, then out to the 102 inch whip which I mounted on the spare tire mount. Works good for me. Ideally though, I'd like to have the antenna up front, but don't really know how to get a 102inch whip to stay there safely, so the rear mount has to work for me.

This is how my cb is mounted. You can run the cb cable under the front windshield plastic runner, then down the a-pillar or through the roll bar into either your front seat or rear seat to your linear/amp, and then run along the passenger side out through the rear door grommet onto your antenna.
