2015 coolant smell

    I have had a slight coolant smell outside the Jeep after a long ride. Well I found it tonight while changing the oil. The leftside radiator tank appears to be leaking. The top radiator hose is clean and dry.

    Check the Overflow hose. I noticed mine was leaking near where it connects to the tank, so I put a hose clamp on it, and it hasn't leaked since.

    At dealer now, they are replacing the radiator. It is the first time my Jeep has been to the dealer or on a lift. They went out of their way to fit me in on a Saturday of a long holiday weekend.

    I say this with 10 years flat rate dealership experience. I remember why I don't go to dealers. They left it unplugged. I appreciate the scheduling and the effort but it is something small like this that customers remember

    LOL!! I did the same thing when I installed my grill mesh. I did think it was kinda cool that it tells you on the dahs though.
