Welcome! I usually associate DW with a lifted modified Jeep with a variety of aftermarket components but any solid axle vehicle could experience DW too. Purchased the '98 with DW or was any suspension work performed recently? Some of the ez first steps to try are tires, bearings, loose suspension components like the track bar or worn steering stabilizers shocks etc. Perhaps some Ohio members can chime in to recommend a good 4x4 shop.

    Welcome dgusbull.

If the jeep is stock. I would suggest what aggrex posted. Have the entire front suspension inspected. DWs are usually the case of major suspension work such as lifts. Sounds like you may have some suspension issues.
I would do a Google search for shops in your area. Keep us posted.
