Looking to purchase a 05 Wrangler X and have a few questions.
Grinds a little going in reverse?
What else should I be looking for?
    Any input would be appreciated

    Thanks

I suspect this is not the answer you are looking for but with grinding, I would have it checked by a professional shop. The list of what could "grind" is a bit long.

4" lift, headers, stainless steal cat back system, 33" wheels, 9.5ti Warn winch, cold air induction, gel battery, crawler bumpers, lifted induction,
Oil pump drive assembly or camshaft position synchronizer if you prefer. The 05s were bad about wearing the pinion gear. It will throw codes like P0340 or P0344.
