2012 Liberty solenoid clicking under steering column. Turn signals work, all lights work. No errors

    2012 Jeep Liberty Jet
    I was driving when the clicking started and it lasts for about 20 seconds to 1 minute.It happened 4 times. After I parked the vehicle for the night, I started the engine and waited, but it did not occur.
    Any one knows what is clicking under the steering column or has a diagram of the layout of the steering column?
    Also, I tried to get the technical manuals for this vehicle, but Dealers are afraid that they will lose business if they give out the CDs.
