    I'm new to the forum, bought a 2015 jk rubicon, opened the tailgate yesterday and could not get it closed, the arm would not retract back into the area from where it came. I had to remove it from the door to get it closed, anyone have this problem? How did you get it fixed? Thanks for your hepl

    With that low of miles, I would take it to the dealer, and have them warranty it.

    That's my plan, I was just wanting to see if anyone else has had this issue, wasn't sure if this is a weak point that needs to be addressed other than taking it to the dealer. Thanks

    I haven't heard of it happening unless a lot of weight was applied.
