I am not running 18" rims. HOWEVER.... With a 33" on stock rims and without spacers you will have a small amount of rub at full turn on 33s. The tire rubs on the sway bar so does no damage other than a shiny spot on the bar. You can go with a backspace of 5" or 5.2" ( good choices but hard to find). Wheels with 4.75 and 4.5 are more common, at least in the 17" wheels. 4.5" backspacing may leave your tires just out of the fender but only a tiny amount on a 33" tire. I run 35s with a 4.5" now.

Hope something in there is of use....
