99 Jeep xj blower works intermittently
Hello, I have a 99 Cherokee XJ with 265+ on it. Still runs good. No rattles or shakes. My problem is the blower motor runs intermittently. I replaced blower resistor and control switches. I’m going to need some heat soon. Any ideas?
    Thanks!

Check the connection to the blower motor, it could be loose or corroded.
It could also be the vent selector switch not making good contact within itself.

Blower motor could be getting hot and shutting down.

I’ve replaced the control panel with 2 new ones. Getting same result.

When it stops working, I would pull the connector to the motor and put a multimeter on it and see if you are getting any power and how much.
If you are getting at least 12 volts I would look at replacing the blower motor.
If no power or less than 12 volts work your way back, though it seems you have replaced everything else in the system as it is a simple system.

I'm thinking I'll just replace the blower motor. Probably the better thing to do. Thanks!!!
