AC is cooling and the blower motor works fine (speed can be controlled). Problem is my AC is selected to come out of the front vents and the air is constantly alernating between the defroster vent, front vent, and floor vents. Anyone know what the typical issue is?

Welcome! Sounds like it could be an issue with a vacuum line?
