Auto Trans wo/lock up converter

    1998 Jeep Wrangler Sport
    4" lift , YJ trans wo/lock up
    Have a 98 TJ with the 4.0 and auto trans . Issue I am having is I installed an older trans wo/the torque converter lock up feature . The computer has coded and will not clear for inspection . How do I bypass the function of the torque converter lock up solenoid as it is not being used with the older trans ?
