    Hello everyone,

I have a 2011 Jeep Liberty and I want to get a roof rack and kayak rack for 2 kayaks on there. I have factory black trim on top and I wasn't quite sure if this could be used as a side rail for the roof racks or would I have to remove them and install actual side rails. I haven't seen any liberty's with just the trim on it using a roof rack. If anyone has any advice or information on what to do, I'm all ears.

Which cross bars did you end up with. I have a 2012 Liberty with raised side rails and also need to transport 2 kayaks. Any pictures of the result?
