Just bought a Logan bumper with D-Rings for towing my 1999 Cherokee 4x4. When I take off the stock bumper and put on the new one do I need to worry about the Air Bags going off?

Also need advise on mounting the Vacum Canister. The builder of the bumper just said stick it in the bumper but didn't say how.
