    Lifted. Mud tires.
    I have a Jeep Wrangler '03 with the chrome front/rear bumper, I wanted to paint it Matte Black but I didn't know the best way of doing it myself.

    94 zj longarms locked/locked
    Long arms, front and rear bumpers, lockers, dana 44 rear skidded and trussed, 242 tcase swap, leather interior swap, etc...
    Plasti-dip would hold up the best on chrome from my personal experience. I've had a lot of trouble painting chrome pieces
