clunking noise

    2001 Jeep wrangler
    I am having a clunking noise every time I push in my clutch or let out. It also does it when I push on the gas and let off. A mechanic told me it's coming from the rear end. I noticed my track bar bracket is missing a bolt and is bent. Could that be causing the noise? Or is the noise my differential? I'm not that good with cars just learning. Below is the picture of the bracket. IMG_2283.jpg
