There is a loud scraping noise under the body of the jeep even going like 10 mph and a burning smell especially when my foot is on the clutch and when I shift. It's gets worse going to higher years.

Just guessing without driving it but it sounds like it could be the clutch cylinders might be going out. Any body else have any ideas?
