I have a 99 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I had hit something last Christmas on my way up north. Ever since then my cruise control won't set. The light comes on but it won't set to a speed. I've done research and people talk about a vacuum line. Some say it's under the battery and others say I can find it behind my light. I've looked behind my light and found a tube that seems to of broke off but I can't find where it would go to. I'm just trying to find out some info if anyone could help.

Welcome! Do you see any other tubes like that one that also appear to be not connected to anything?
