    I am doing a 30 over master rebuild on a 360 to put in my 76 CJ7 for trail riding and mudding what would be a good intake and carb set up for this

    Howell fuel injection, header, HEI distributor, TH350, NP208, SOA lift with YJ springs in the front & GW springs in the Rear. AMC20 with G2 1 piece chromos trussed, Dana 30 with G2 chromos and 760x ujoints and MM Stainless Hubs, Geared 4.56. Tom Woods shafts, Metal cloaks, Caged, 37" Toyo MTs.
    I have always liked the edlebrock performer intake. I really liked the Demon carbs when they first came out 20years ago. I believe Holly bought them out to cut out the competition, but Holley still runs the name. I don't know if they are made the same. All in all I won't buy another carb. I would look at Fitech's TBI. It will be more fuel efficient, and more reliable on and off the trail. The computer is basically a memory card incorporated into the throttle body. There are very few wires to run and install looks fairly easy.
