Flat towing my rubicon behind a RV with ARB front bumper

Has anyone with the ARB front bumper figured out how to flat tow it behind a RV? I want to use blue ox but I don’t know if it attaches directly to the tow rings or do I need a base plate also? If I need the base plate does it attach to this aftermarket bumper?

 

There is a complete guide on the internet about its towing that can help you in detail and the 2nd option to watch videos on youtube there are a lot of, i have also a jeep which we use for roadside service near me, in new york.
