Fuel pump pump issues

    I have a 1990 wrangler having problems with the fuel pump I put a brand-new fuel pump in it idles fine but when I start driving the fuel pump cut off it won't start running agin for about 30 to 45 mins any suggestions

    What motor do you have? Is it the 4cyl?
