    2017 grand cherokee

    My 2017 Grand Cherokee limited with 2000kms , seems to stay a long time in 7th gear. Dealership states changing gear is controlled by PCM, and takes road conditions , environment temperature etc before changing up into 8th. I previously had a 2015 Grand Cherokee which did not have this issue. any other owners have same conditions with 2017 vehicle?
