I am usually not much on intros or talking about myself but was persuaded to post one.

I live in central Oklahoma and have 3 Jeep Cherokees.
My 00 4 door is my current DD.

My 97 4 door was a DD until it was hit head on by a Ford 150. It is donating parts

My 93 2 door is in the process of being built up a little. I am swapping axles from a 99 XJ, swapping the engine
from the 97 (100K less miles), installing a 4.5" lift.....

Hopefully the images work, if not let me know and I will upload them.

I am an Extra class amateur radio operator and operate strictly mobile, unless I am set up at camp. I have worked all over the World from my Jeep, it's like magic. I currently run VHF and UHF for generally local communications though it can be regional or World wide depending on the repeater network, I run APRS for tracking and local situational awareness, and HF for World wide communication. I have some ham radio write ups I can contribute if there is any interest.

Welcome! The background for the'93 2 dr looks like it traveled back in time to the wild west days.

    Welcome to the forum Prerunner1982.
Saw your other posts before I came across your intro to our little family here.
Great to have you. And as Chris4x4 stated. Please....feel free to share any knowledge, info, photos, etc. And I am going to read your post on APRS next.

BTW. Sweet 00 XJ. I owned one for 14 years. My first Jeep. Loved it. Hated letting her go. But in return. I got my JK. Which I wanted for some time. Anyway. You can't kill those XJs. Their beasts. Nice Jeep. Welcome aboard.
