Hi. I've been building my first Jeep for a little over 2 years. Thought I was finished back in March, but every time I wheeled it I snapped the frame and welded it back together. Rusted from the inside out. In June I started a frame swap with a TDK frame. It has been a big change from hotrods and diesel trucks. A huge learning curve, but an enjoyable one. The old CJs have so many quirks, and I bet its the same with all jeeps. In June I also started on a CJ6, and 2 weeks ago I ran across a 1994 YJ that some one wanted to part out. He started a suspension project that he couldn't finish. 78000 miles. I couldn't bare to see pieced out so I'm now fervently getting it back together. I have become a Jeep Addict!
