J13 fuse removal? What sort of obnoxious trick is this?

    hey y'all,

    I've got a 2016 Wrangler UNLimited, got the No fuse code on Odometer this am. First thing in morning it started with what felt like a little heitation. I drove it to coffee shop, ( 2 mins away) put on hazards and hopped out. When I came back no start, just click and a NO Fuse. Read some things here and everyone say to remove the Big Bulky 60 amp with the "white box of protection" ( can anyone tell me why this is needed?) BUT HOW? does the fuse come out through the box or does the White box come out with the fuse in it? Im so confused, and frankly have short arms, so I wont be brute forcing my way out of this!
