I got this Jeep just in time. Snowing and slick here in North GA. On her way home from work my wife hit a slick spot, spun around, nearly flipped her car, ended up really planted in a ditch. Thank God she's ok. She called me. I brought the Jeep and a 100 ft cable. Pulled her out slick and quick. My next purchase will be a winch. All be safe.

Wow ! Glad to hear she is safe and sound. Only because you got the CJ recently, 4WD is great in traversing slick snow/ice but still requires respect when braking or turning and of course ymmv with the tires your running.

Yeah...happy to hear the Wife is ok.
In the mean time before you get your winch. A Good tow strap or a kinetic rope is always handy to have as an accessory for your CJ. Their relatively cheap too.
