Will a Transfercase out of a manual JK bolt up to (fit) a JK with an automatic tranny?

So far here is what I have found. 2012+ has to go stick to stick, and auto to auto, and you have to flash the computer to the change. 2007-2011 are all interchangeable and no computer flashing. If anybody has any different info, please let me know.
