    I am interested in buying a 2008 Jeep commander it has 75k miles and it looks in pretty good shape going to check it out in person this weekend. I’ve never owned a Jeep and reason I’m looking into it it’s mostly for the winter. I own a 2016 Corolla but need something good for the winter.
    Do you think this commander is a good idea ? Does it have any defects that will make me regret buying it ?

    Welcome! Buying any used vehicle can have different outcomes but with a little luck and thorough inspection it could turn out ok. Have your local mechanic check it out. As far as defects you probably mean recalls or problematic areas so a quick Google search might help.
