    Fuse is good.

Hardtop I believe is original equipment. Just purchased it.

Any troubleshooting ideas would be appreciated.

    Thanks,

Time to break out the multimeter. Your problem is most likely the switch, but the wiring and wiper motor are also possible. So start checking. Do you have power to the switch? When you twist the switch, does power come out? There's a disconnect at the rear, so you can remove the hardtop. Is there power on both sides? Is there power to the motor?

Any way to get a wiring diagram with connections? Need to confirm wire colors and location.

If you can confirm 12V power with a multi meter at the final connector with key in that’s a good sign then move onwards to the motor
