I bought a 2011 Jeep Wrangler Sahara unlimited and with the navigation system it won't actually give me directions. Is there a chip I can put in the navigation system to upload directions on to it???

I am going to assume you have a 430n system. (feel free to correct me) Silly question...what volume do you have the NAV set at? If you don't know, the radio volume is different than the NAV volume and they are set separately. So, with the Nav on, turn your volume up to at least 15. This will not change the volume of your radio and the system will remember the settings for each.

It is just a guess but I hope this helps. Good luck. Wheel Safe!

Another thing to look at, is if you cant input the address, when in the navigation screen, look for the "Back" button (U shap with an arrow point on one end) in the lower left. This takes you to the screen which you can input the address. Follow the prompts, and when it finds your address, select "Go". Green button that should show in the lower right.

I'm not sure if this helps or not but it says something about RHB. I'll look into it a little further and get back with u guys. I'll try the couple things you guys said and go from there. Thanks a million guys. It's great to have something like this. Later

I'm in my system right now and when I go to hit the address button it prompts me "No map data available". I'm guessing I need to do some sort of update on here to get the map data to get me around. If you guys have anything else for me shoot me a response. I guess I'm not even sure where to get an update for this thing anyways.

Interesting. Can you run the Nav without putting in an address?

I can bring up the map but that's all it really lets me do. There is a home address programmed into and that is the only place that it will give me directions to.

Sorry been busy at work. I can get into just about anything. But nothing really seems to work. I just hope I don't have to get a whole new system that's all
