Do I use LocTite on threads for new longer brackets to frame bolts or are lockwashers enough before torqueing all the bolts down. I have washers on both sides and under the nut a lock washer?

Man, I just saw this. I don't use locktite on bumpers. Lock washers are fine

I didn't use loctite. Used the split washer. Thanks.
