Hello everyone. I have an 87 Jeep Cherokee Pioneer 4.0 Auto 4x4. Purchased in 98. Have done numerous repairs. Not in the best shape, but is used weekly for paper routes. Has really amazed me how well the 4.0 is. Uses a little oil, but still runs strong.
Have always been a Ford man. I have a 2003 F150 4x4 crew cab. Besides the Jeep, I have a 2000 Chrysler Grand Voyager 3.3. Has also been a good vehicle.
I have used these type of forums for reference information when doing repairs and maintenance, but never joined one to post anything. I commend all backyard mechanics for helping with any info they can give. I will try to help with the info and experience I have had.
