    Hello,

My name is Scott. I bought an 89 YJ Laredo a few years ago and have been using it for my main transportation and the occasional hunting or fishing trip. It's a bit of a beater. It has no CAT and the most of the rest of the exhaust system is missing. Lucky for me the county where I live does not require emissions tests to register. The motor went out a couple weeks ago with just over 200000 miles on it. I drove up to Colorado Springs and bought a used motor from FNJEEPS for $500. The install on that that should be done today. I do want to slowly start upgrading the jeep as money becomes available.

Very nice for a beater. Better looking than most YJs on the road.

Welcome! Darn nice looking YJ! Based off the pic she ain't much of a beater unless you're comparing her to them slushy over-sized SUVs.
