I'm about to put in a used power steering box.The old one I took out a few months ago. Any advise on making sure I do it right? Day 1 on my journey to get my TJ rolling. I'm about as green as it comes. I'm not sure if there's a systematic approach to the instillation
    Thank you

If you don't have a good manual, i.e. Chiltons, Haynes, and even better a year specific Dealer Service Manual (DSM), I'd get one. Chiltons or Haynes will be good enough for most jobs. Get a good torque wrench (ft/lbs). I bought 2 Snap-on torque wrenches, click type, 1 for in/lbs, and 1 for ft/lbs for $300 at a pawn shop. Plan on paying $80+/- for a decent one. (no harbor freight) Torque everything down to spec especially all moving parts.
