Who makes the best quick release mirror kit? Mine are hinge mount and you have to tighten the crap out of it then dismount when you have to put the doors back on. Id like to have a quick release kit that can stay on when i put the doors back on. Thanks!!!

The ones I considered either mounted in the upper hinge hole with doors removed or the mount that bolted to the windshield frame. Both have a rep for vibrating but it keeps us legal. Probably picking up the mounted bracket version next summer since it's relatively cheap, effective and the mirror part is easily removed.

I hit a tree in my 79 yota 4x4 truck that turned my mirror into a quick release

I think I'm going to try a set of these quick release mirrors next spring. They cost a bit more than the basic drop in but have a built in clamp.
