Radio Touch Screen Stopped working

    2016 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited
    My friends 2016 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited radio touch screen stopped working. She had the top off the Jeep and it downpourd all day. After that the radio is working but touch screen no longer works. Is there a way to repair it or should she just buy an aftermarket radio. Any advice

    Just like cell phones most electronics are easily damaged by water. Nothing short of luck with rice or mucho bucks for repair will do it. Recommend checking ebay/CL as other Jeepers may be upgrading their system.
