My tj is making a rattle noise coming from lower part of the engine on the right (if you're sitting in the drivers seat) it only happens in 1st and second gear, if I got very easy no rattle happens at all. It doesn't not happen in 4h. Any thought?

Do you have a loose heat shield on your exhaust? They sometimes sound like your engine is about to come apart. lol
