I'm getting ready to over lap my frame with a new rust repair cover. My question is what is around about price that a body shop should charge for both sides. I have a 2001 wrangler
    Thanks

Welcome to the site! I live in AZ, so I don't know much about rust.

Welcome! Tough to estimate rusty frame repair charges online due to multiple variables. Best to get a few estimates in your area and over the course of each evaluation you will figure out whether the repair is cost effective, safe or whether the rust is extensive beyond repair. Aftermarket frame sections are available and make a better permanent repair than patching bad sections only to find more. Quadratec s one jeep aftermarket vender that markets some frame repair sections that will require welding, cutting, etc. work that's best left to the experts. Bottom line it won't be cheap because depending on where the frame is rusted many body/suspension parts may need removal and re-installation. If you have the time, skill or resources complete frames may be available or search for a donor frame. Good luck and keep us posted. Pictures may help us help you with your rust problems (hopefully relatively minor).

Depending on you ability to do a frame swap, It might be cheaper to by a new Galvanized frame from Throttle Down Kustoms. My CJ frame was 1800 plus 500 to Hot dip galvanize it.

That hot dip galvanized CJ frame is going to outlast some of us.
